Dynacare Sulit-Protect Microinsurance


DSP or Dynacare Sulit-Protect Microinsurance is a comprehensive insurance for individuals 4 to 65 years of age with annual premium ranging from two hundred twenty-five to eight hundred ten pesos (₱225.00 to ₱810.00 or $4.50 to $16.20) only. “Sulit” is a Filipino term which means “worth the cost” in this context.

Like other microinsurance, the product is made simple, understood, appropriate, valuable, and efficient (S-U-A-V-E).

Those insured with DSP Microinsurance or their beneficiaries are guaranteed to receive the proceeds of claims for the covered loss within ten (10) working days upon receipt of the complete documentary requirements by the insurance provider. Shortened turnaround time for claims processing is also possible for this product.

Dynawealth was coined from the Greek word “dynamous,” meaning ‘power’ and the ‘real essence of riches,’ the word “wealth.”

Through humanized technology, methodology, and strategy, Dynawealth is aimed at intuitively evolving and advancing with its developing partners and customers, at responsibly protecting harmony and balance in our natural environment, and at saving our only planet while serving the interests of its stakeholders that are in accordance with its yearnings and core tenets.

We endeavor to make people feel better about themselves and develop strong beliefs in their own capabilities as a starting point for them to believe in how great and lasting humankind, working together, can do and accomplish.

Dynawealth, which is more of a movement, was established in April 2009 in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It was born out of our founder and CEO, Mr. Rizaldy Cueto's, intense desire to help people buy automobiles and insurance on their own terms and not only upon the whims of those who are just desirous of profitting from their sales. His intent helped reveal the need for more crucial and appropriate competencies, not only in empathetic consultative selling but also in helping others improve their buying power.

It was on August 22, 2013 that Dynawealth institutionalized its focus on insuring the unserved, underserved, and excluded marginalized sectors of the population. In June 24, 2016, we formally embarked on strengthening our inclusion initiatives by also lending to them. Our microinsurance and microcredit campaigns led us to validate and strengthen innovative strategies for closing the financial inclusion gap and improving more lives efficiently and fast.

A Servicing Officer (SO) is an individual agent or distribution partner. SOs not only earn weekly commissions and monthly incentives but also access empowering tools and loans for their families' continual progress and advancement.

Dynawealth's inclusive insurance and strategically interwoven microcredit and livelihood campaigns directly and indirectly support the attainment of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations and the various targets under each goal. We were able to validate the effectiveness of our strategies and methodologies and apply them by focusing on the unserved, underserved, ignored, and most vulnerable segments of the population due to our unwavering commitment and passion for increasing our contribution and impact in eradicating poverty and social inequity as well as restoring ecological balance.

Zealous and unremitting collaboration amongst all sectors, public and private, is indeed crucial as emphasized globally and enjoined persistently by governments to realize Filipino people’s aspirations embodied in the AmBisyon Natin 2040 and the SDGs. AmBisyon Natin (Our Ambition) is the Philippines' version of its strategic agenda for attaining comprehensive sustainable development representing the collective, inclusive, and equitable desire of the Filipinos aimed to be accomplished by 2040. Like the SDGs, it is the result of a long-term visioning process that began in 2015 but with a timeline that covers one generation.

Insurance is imperative to human progress. Its great contributions and impact on advanced, highly developed nations and economies, as well as in backing various industries and activities, including, in recent years, the restoration of balance in the environment, repeatedly prove its prowess and magic. For over two decades, inclusive insurance, particularly microinsurance, has underscored its immense power and great potential to help ensure the attainment of truly inclusive, equitable, and green development.

The relatively low insurance penetration, density, and premium volume in the Philippines and other Asian nations and most emerging economies reveal that more conscious focus is needed to make them influence economic prosperity positively. This is especially important for developing economies and nations afflicted by numerous risks, such as the Philippines, which loses more than 1% of its gross domestic product (GDP) on average each year due to calamitous events.

The perennial natural calamities confronting Filipinos and other peoples are being exacerbated by the twin crises – human health and economic – brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. These events affect the poor even more.
